Comments about Fantasea Fantasea FL-6 Housing for the Nikon Coolpix L6 Camera:

Although it is a large case, it is great because it floats. The case seems durable and I used it snorkeling, diving and on a Hobie Cat. My main complaint, which I knew before I purchased it, is that there is no power button access on the case. I just kept a some batteries charged and ready to replace each time I came in from a trip. My next case will definately have a power button, but this was a great start to the world of underwater photography.

Comments about Fantasea Fantasea FL-6 Housing for the Nikon Coolpix L6 Camera:

We like the cost and ease of using this case. One major draw back is the lack of a botton to power on or off. We did adjust our camera settings but the batteries were unable to do a two-tank dive and surface interval. It was a regular occurence to have a dead camera for most of the second dive.

Comments about Fantasea Fantasea FL-6 Housing for the Nikon Coolpix L6 Camera:

First big negetive with this case is the lack of a button to turn camera on/off. We went through a lot of batteries for a dive vacation. Second big negetive, it leaked! On our tenth dive the case began to fill with water and our camera is ruined. We are in the process of filing a claim. We would have strong reservations about using this case again.

Comments about Fantasea Fantasea FL-6 Housing for the Nikon Coolpix L6 Camera:

The unit proved to be good for what I needed it for. The only issue I had was that there is no controling button for turning the camera on or off. I questioned that after I bought it and the response was to turn the camera on and then place in the housing. I did this and the camera functioned well for a good amount of time however it did tend to overheat if left on too long which in turn damaged the memory card. I have used it since and have not left it on for ant length of time and have got some good pictures and reasonable depth. I am not a diver like most of you, I prefer to snorkle and will get some depth for a short time to get that perfect shot.
I would like to include some of the pics but the link wont let me.
