The Bonica Snapper-XP S5 digital underwater camera features the innovative XP system (stands for extra protection) that safeguards the camera against moisture by having a completely water-tight silicone skin around the camera, much like a dry suit. While inside the skin, the camera is an all-weather camera fit for all outdoor activities. The skin protects the camera from rain, snow, sand and scratches. When the camera is inside the hard housing, it is ready to be submerged to 180'. In case moisture gets inside the housing, the digital camera is fully protected.

The Bonica Snapper-XP S5 digital underwater camera has a 5.0 megapixel CMOS chip. Photos up to 12.0 megapixel can be stored with the cameras interpolation feature. The 2.5" LCD makes viewing easy. The camera also features an 8x digital zoom and video recording at 30 frames per second.

I sorrily made a mistake in buyin this total piece of garbage. The camera is not 5.0 megapixel. It would be lucky to be rated 1.0 megapixel. Complete and utter rip-off and horrible company to deal with. STAY AWAY!!!

Not recommended at all. The hard waterproof case seems ok, however the camera itself produces some of the darkest, blurriest and grainiest pictures I have ever shot, and that was testing it in a room with optimal light conditions. Imagine down there! Oh, and that was without the hard case lens over it!
