Light looks great on land, but underwater is a different story.
Beacon does not illuminate uniformly, and can not bee seen easily at any distance. Think in terms like from 15 feet away you may not be able to see your dive partner.
Clean the casting flash from the o-ring groove to get good seal.
A little research by UK into the design of the cone and changing the LED colour could make this a nice little light.
As it is, it's good for directing traffic in an emergency, but I wouldn't take it diving again.

String fits perfect around the valve of your tank!
I would recommend purchasing this if you are doing any kind of night, cave, or deep diving .

Good light and much better than the non LED version for battery life and obviously greater beam intensity.
