Comments about Princeton Tec Princeton Tec, NEW 337 Lumens Miniwave LED:

I had the previous version of this light which served me well. For my occasional use, it had the right balance of compact size with excellent strength. The old one flooded after about 3 years of use. I contacted Princeton Tec and they had me send in the broken light which they replaced with the new version...no questions asked! There is a warning label that says: "Do not over-tighten" which may actually have been the cause of the flooding. Awesome customer service.

this light is very bright- as bright as my darkbuster Jr. HID. The beam is very smooth with no hotspots. It's also very compact. I would totally recommend it! Also seems well constructed.

This light is just amazing. as bright as the Wave LED. but half the size and weight. However the swicth is still the same as the Wave LED (WHICH both me and me broke ours swicth!!)

They need to sell the switch as spare parts or make it more realiable.

If the switch can be fixed, this would be a PERFECT dive light.

Comments about Princeton Tec Princeton Tec, NEW 337 Lumens Miniwave LED:

Nice and lightweight. Easy to handle. The switch looks like it could snap in a year or so. After about 10 secs of use, switch would not go into low range. I left it in the middle range for about 2 minutes wondering if it just wasn't making contact or if the circuit was bad. I smelled something burning and opened it up. The outer layer of the batteries were melting. I'll try to exchange it and hope the next one will be worth giving high reviews for. It is bright though!

Nice light. Works well and provides a very bright beam. I have not had it long enough to assess battery light but dove to 85 feet with no leakage.
