I purchased this light for my son. He uses it for his primary. Nice beam for spotting "bugs" in holes. Not great for distant lighting, but had enough light for practical use

Well designed, very compact.
Used on a night dive in Akumal, depth approx 45'. Was almost instantly disappointed I did not use a light provided by the shop. Anything past about 5' faded and had yellow hue to it.

I've had a lot of dive lights, and this one is the best pistol light I've ever had - lightweight, tough construction, comfortable handle and the best ever trigger switch. A bargain at twice the price. If it were an LED it would be perfect.

Comments about Pelican Pelican Nemo 4200 Submersible:

You cant beat this light for the money. One of the biggest pains with a divelight is getting the right bulb when it finally burns out, and this already has a spare bulb in it. There's also pellets in it that will absorb the gases from faulty batteries which would otherwise blow up you light - A bad dive day any way you look at it, so this light takes care of it all. It's also Pelicon unconditional gaurantee - if it fails, you get another, theres no time line on it, and the light is good to 500 feet!
