I've now flooded two of these. Both flooded in water no deeper than 60 feet. I don't believe Pelican considers these dive lights anymore. It makes a nice above-water all weather light but its single o-ring design does not seem suited to diving.
Comments about Pelican Pelican StealthLite 2410 Recoil LED (35mm):
I don't know why LP carries the Pelican Stealthlite 2410, when the Pelican Nemo 2400/2410 is truly a certified waterproof dive light, and one of the best I've ever owned. Same size, weight, case, brightness, battery life, etc. For most dives, I can give up the heavy, 4 C-cell type light and use just the Nemo 2410. It's that good. So my recommendation is for the Nemo 2410, not the Stealthlite.

CONS: This light floods underwater. My first one flooded at 60 feet. Second one flooded at only 15 feet on a night dive in the Keys. It would be a good light for outdoor use like camping or boating where you need a water resistant light but NOT FOR DIVING!
PROS: Fits nicely in the hand. Switch is easy to use. Nice focused bright white LED beam. Durable body. Pelican stands behind their life time warranty.

First time I used this product was during Tropical Storm Faye and all my other flashlights had died. It worked well, provided a bright light, and easy to turn off and on. Later I took it diving to a depth of 40 ft and used it to look into small crevices in coral reef on a cloudy day. Easy to use and light. Still have to test it at 100 ft and night diving.

Comments about Pelican Pelican StealthLite 2410 Recoil LED (35mm):
DO NOT DIVE WITH THIS LIGHT. When I bought this light (I own three of them), it was listed by Pelican as a dive light. One has never flooded, but two of them have. When I called Pelican about warranty replacement, they told me that this light is no longer listed as a dive light (which you can confirm on their website). Even so, they honored their lifetime warranty and sent me a replacement. Pelican's customer service is great! It is a great little general purpose light with incredible battery life, just don't use it for diving.

I am an aircraft inspector and I use this flashlight during all my inspection activities. I have a Sabrelite and now use it at home. This new light is fantastic, it has a bright beam, it is light, and the flat handle is perfect to fit in my back pocket when not in use. The 4 "AA" batteries last a long time.
Comments about Pelican Pelican StealthLite 2410 Recoil LED (35mm):
The AA batteries last days not hours and the switch is easy to operate with gloves
Comments about Pelican Pelican StealthLite 2410 Recoil LED (35mm):
Pelican lights are built to last.

Comments about Pelican Pelican StealthLite 2410 Recoil LED (35mm):
I quite like this light. However, it has a major design flaw: it does not support rechargeable AAs. There is a metal ring surrounding the + contact rather than the usual metal flap connecting to the battery tip. This part is made of plastic with 4 different rechargeable brands I checked.
Comments about Pelican Pelican StealthLite 2410 Recoil LED (35mm):
Nice light, reasonable price. It is relatively powerful for LED and it's size. I use it around the house and boat for general purpose.
Comments about Pelican Pelican StealthLite 2410 Recoil LED (35mm):
A good backup light for the price
