A lot of promise, but does not work

Well I was very excited about this light, as it promises a lot and the price is quite reasonable. unfortunately it did not even light up once i received it. Very disappointing. Hollis claims it checks functionality on all products before they leave the factory. If you need a light that actually functions right away for immediate use, I would not gamble on this one.

Hollis claims it checks functionality on all products before they leave the factory. Once I called them about this problem, they referred me back to Leisurepro. As for the latter, of course the lamp they sent me was the last one in stock, so either I wait an indeterminate amount of time for a replacement that I need now or get a refund. All in all, I am disappointed with the fact that the lamp is nonfunctional, and the general apathy of both Hollis and Liesurepro in helping resolve the problem.
