Titanium is a must for any dive knife. This knife is sharp, serrates are helpful, and line cutter gets the job done. Easy to use even with 7mm gloves. Sheath straps ensure secure mounting, but more importantly, the double retention of the knife guarantees that you don't end a dive with an empty sheath strapped to your ankle. That doesn't mean the knife is hard to get out, it just means that you need to act deliberately to remove it. No more dropped knives during heavy kicking or impacts with rock surfaces. Blunt tip allows for a little more multi-use and will prevent some of those accidental wetsuit/bcd cuts. It's a knife, plain and simple; may save your life or a buddy's. Always dive with something capable of cutting (EMT shears work great as well).

Great knife. The best I have owned. Very comfortable, and with locking mechanism and safety mechanism, can be mounted anywhere, and in any direction (for those of us veterans who prefer the knife upside down). excellent craftsmanship. Only issue is with screws on holder rust after only one dive. BUt does not take away from performance.

This is a "real" dive knife. Many knife's are getting so small or specialized they have lost their way. This is a do everything tool, that wont rust, and is very sharp. Get the Blunt tip so you can use it to pry if you need to. The edge will cut almost anything with very little effort.

Knife is lightweight, comfortable to hold and extremely sharp - possibly too sharp, but that seems typical of titanium knives. Locking mechanism on scabbard is easy to see and easy to find and use with gloves. Much better than my old stainless steel knife.
