I had this knife and sheath attached to my seaquest BC with the barnacle nuts. I was jumping off a pier and rock ledge (Oil Slick Leap, Bonaire)...4-5 ft high, multiple times. No issues with the knife coming loose from the sheath. Of course, the knife is very light...great for travel...and no rust. Perfect. Other knifes are bigger and heavier...and the attachments are not as convenient for recreational scuba.

I have this knife mounted on my "standard" BC. I just purchased a new "travel" BC, and instead of swapping knives, I purchased this to maintain a dedicated knife to each BC. Well worth the money.

What a great little knife! It fits perfectly on my Hera BC and is a far superior option to Oceanic's BC knife. It's also very easy to use with 3mm gloves.

This is great little knife, attachtes perfectly to your low presure inflater hose. Which makes a lot of sense is you use a lot different rigs. Try it, you'll like it.

AMAZING.. It's almost too cool to use. I wish i would have bought the blunt tip version though. I've worked in knifes shops for 3 years and I know good knives... THIS IS A GREAT KNIFE. The sheath and mounting hardware is very well thought out... buy 2!

In scuba you never use a knife, so until spearfishing I wondered about locking mechanisms, etc on many of my "backup safety" knives. Many spear fisherman strap their knives to the calf which adds a lot of forces on the sheath and locking mechanisms. The unlocking system is fast and effortless. I pull it out and put it in the sheath without looking, and have never lost it. The "click" lock lets me know it won't go missing. I have pulled the knife out and put fish to "sleep" hundreds of times. It has gone through a lot of skulls and cut through a ton of bones to chum the water and it is still very sharp! The serrated edge is still cutting anything I need. I have had to pry on the blade from time to time and it's not brittle. I got one for my wife's B-day after testing it for months. Solid 100% I won't buy another type of knife.

This knife sits well on my BC using the included hardware. I like it because it's handy & sharp. I have two of these one for me and one for the wife. Great little BC knives.

Very functional knife with multiple edges make it very good for cutting intangling lines. I use it on two separate BC's. It mounts like it was made for the Seaquest Passport and Seaquest Pro QD. This is the second Wenoka Squeeze lock knife I've bought. The first I gave to my daughter.

I already have one on my recreational rig, I wanted a second one for my tech rig. I love this knife. For emergency use, to cut lines if entangled etc. Secure in the sheath, but easy to remove and replace. I use the provided little rubber straps to attach the knife to the HP air line and double check it with a tie-wrap. That way I can lift the sheath into view when I’m trying to put the knife back into it. Also, I don’t like people using pointy knives on my inflatable. It may be just mental on my part but I feel better with the blunt tip.

Had mine on my SeaQuest Pro QD i3 for the last year and found it to be ideal and carefree for me. Occasionally wipe it down, but typically leave it on the BC. Bought a second when I bought my wife the Pearl i3 from AquaLung. These are excellent, especially in titanium.

I really like this Knife. The only issue I have is that after mounting it on my black diamond bc it sits a good ways around my side so I can't see it, I just have to feel for it. It is not a problem when unsheathing it, but returning it to the sheath blind takes some care so you don't stab yourself or your bc. Especially if you are also holding a speargun shaft with a fish on it wiggling around. I have not had any issues so far, but I still would rather the mount system on the bc be in a better place. Anyway, the knife itself is great. Perfect for braining a fish that is still struggling. I have used it on 8 or 10 dives so far and there is no sign of corrosion.

Light, simple, and goes in easy for a quick kill. Another plus, worn on the belt its one hand release and the click sound you get as it locks down makes it the best knife around!!! An inch shorter then the Riffe Silencer but has the same blade shape. Due to its ease of use and other features i gave the Riffe to my brother. AND ITS TITANIUM !! [...]

Thought I'd point out that the mounting screws are 3-3/16" apart and so mounts perfectly to my Sequest Black Diamond BC using the holes on the BC made for this purpose.

I am a free diver and underwater hunter who dives the north coast of California. I mounted this knife on the front of my wetsuit using the mounting brackets supplied with the knife. I mounted it to a scrap piece of wetsuit which I glued onto the chest of my wet suit.

This is a great knife, just the right size, easy to get at in an emergency such as entanglement in fishing line or seaweed.

No rust! This is a knife that will last. The squeeze lock is very easy to use, and the blade configuration meets all my diving needs. I attached the sheath to my BC, so the knife is very easy and convenient to access.

Purchased this knife for it's small size and it weight as well as mounting options. Ultimately this was mounted on my zeagel BC pocket using some brass grommets. It's out of the way unless I need it.

With only limited experience so far with this knife, so far, it seems to be an excellent choice. While I have always believed no diver should go in the water without a knife (and, preferably, a backup), at the same time I see no need for a large, heavy, or fancy knife. There are a lot of good dive knives on the market--there are almost NO good sheaths for dive knives on the market. Blackie Collins (designer of this knife, and famous for knife design outside of diving) has developed what seems to be an excellent knife/sheath combination, suitable for many mountings. While not advertised, [...] will order you additional sheaths/mounting hardware for very reasonable prices. I have sheaths mounted to a scuba weightbelt, a freediving weightbelt, and a kayaking PFD for my knife and (for a second knife) to my girlfriend's power-inflate hose and to her kayaking PFD. I've bought two more of these knives for gifts for diving/kayaking buddies. [...] I picked the yellow version with the hope that it will make it a little easier to find if dropped.
