This knife is very good, durable and comfortable. I am a spear fisherman and with this knife I finish the kill. Is very sharp and has the perfect size to kill small, medium and large pray. You will see that after the first dive it's going to rust, no reason to worry... Just keep a gallon of fresh water in your trunk and rinse it well after each dive, then spray some wd40 or put some silicone grease the blade, and you will enjoy a great non rusty knife for a long time!!!

Comments about Tusa Tusa Imprex Knife, Blunt (FK-220):

This knife rocks for the money, comfortable, a bit heavy and case is a bit bulky, but is a great knife, once you get used to it. Cuts really good, have used it twice to untangle myself from fishing line, and boy it's sharp, love the grip, it's big enough to hold with gloves, but not bulky enough when w/o gloves. My only beef with this knife is that from a 2 tank dive, by the time i got home (about 3 hrs later) there were signs of rust on the blade, so what i did was sand it down, WD40 the heck out of it, and now when i dive, i sink it in fresh water on the way home, and so far so good.

Comments about Tusa Tusa Imprex Knife, Blunt (FK-220):

Quality dive knife. Full size, so it fits in the hand nicely, even with 5mm gloves. I use this as a primary with a smaller BC mounted knife as a backup. While I appreciate the low profile of the BC mounted knife, you aren't able to generate the same leverage and cutting power with a smaller knife.

Comments about Tusa Tusa Imprex Knife, Blunt (FK-220):

There are some manufacturing defects in the handle of the knife,I don't now if that will affect the knives longevity, also the blade is not as sharp as my blue reef knives, and the blade started to rust after one dive, good stainless doesn't rust. But other than these small problems I really do like this knife, it is a good design,it fits my hand really well,
I like the sheath design, and the knives apperance..

i'm a search and rescue diver and an avid spearfisherman. I usually dive 2 to 3 times a week and have had good luck with this knife- I use it as a prybar quite often in harvesting rock scallops... the only problem I have is that it rusts because of the salt water. I take it apart and clean it with fresh water most of the time but it still rusts.
