The knife itself is great. The sheath is terrible. I am not sure why the manufacturer would have made this sheath.

This little knife is very sharp, great cutting knife, back is great for cutting rope on the back side. Saved a $27,000 bay scout boat by cutting the line in time from jetty rocks. I lost this knife because of the sheath. Takes two hands to free it and flops around in the sheath. It has a rubber keeper to go over the handle, its bigger brother, longer version, has a great sheath. Somebody make a great sheath for this knife!

Knife was really sharp and compact, perfect for getting the job done after spear your fish, sheath was useless, no possible way to use it well when diving, you'll have to jury rig it. i almost returned it just because the sheath was so useless, but i liked the knife too much =). would rather get a different knife if i had to choose again. which i probably will have to because its too hard to mount.
