Comments about Blue Reef Blue Reef Slim Line Knife:

Haven't had the opportunity to use it underwater yet but it seems like any knife that you don't clean it after any dive...it will rust!!! The grip is not comfortable but feels ok when using gloves though. This blade is SHARP!!!

Comments about Blue Reef Blue Reef Slim Line Knife:

very sharp! i dont get to use the knife often underwater but it has been with me on every dive as a safety and has yet to rust. rinse then dry and you are good to go a little WD40 couldn't hurt. i really like the slim profile that this knife has. unlike other knives that i have this knife does not get caught and it doesnt feel like a five pound weight is attached to my leg. it is not a letter opener and its not a sword. just right. if you are looking for a heavy knife this one is not for you

Comments about Blue Reef Blue Reef Slim Line Knife:

I like this knife because its sharp (VERY SHARP) and it has a quick release system that is very hand when needed. The only feature I do not like is the length. Because I free dive / spear fish, i need something that will allow me the comfort of moving around easily and not snagging on reef and such. If this knife was 2" shorter - It'd be IDEAL!

Thanks Blue Reef

Comments about Blue Reef Blue Reef Slim Line Knife:

I really like the combo of features on this knife. 15 dives so far. Blade has built in linecutter. The tanto tip gives you a combo of sharp and blunt tip. The two small clips that attach the knife to its cover are great, it comes right out of the cover when you grip the knife, snaps in very easily and has yet to come out unintentionally. two adjustable rubber buckles allow for easy calf, thigh, or arm attachment. I haven't had any spotting on the stainless steel yet (I rinse and dry it after each dive). Only gripe might be that the handle is very slim and not as comfortable as other blades (I'm not pulling it out too often so this is of little concern for me). I don't give 5 flags very often... I really like this knife and think its a great value.
