Comments about Aquatec Aquatec T-REX Titanium Knife:
Knife itself is great. Love the low profile of this knife, and that I don't really need to take care of it since all the metal is titanium (no nuts/fasteners). However, what will keep me from recommending this product is the sheath. The Sheath is of poor quality, mine broke at the squeeze release "button". This happened during a it's 5th dive. Thinking it would still hold the knife, I continued the dive, only to have the knife fall out - luckily one of my buddies found it and returned it to me. Aquatec wants 13 dollars, plus 5 bucks for a replacement!...Talk about standing behind their product....All in all, if you do buy this knife, be sure to get a good sheath for it...

I really like the hard sheath with positive lock, I have it mounted on a high pressure hose and is has worked out great

Not easily deployed, takes quite an effort to release it from the plastic holster.
although it is a sharp, well crafted knife, the holder is what lets this knife down.

The knife is OK but the handle is not comfortable. I would not like to use it for any tough cutting. The sheath feels like cheap plastic.

A knife that's not too big, but really does the job. Hopefully the titanium will prove to be corrosion proof over time, my other knives are horrible, and corrosion dulls the edge like nothing else can.
