Great tool for diving, camping, boating, fishing and the garage Line cutters are very sharp but extremely safe to use. The cutting surface is protected by a heavy duty brightly colored handle for sure grip and protection from the blade. Just capture the line withthe blade protector loop and pull. The line is cut instantly. Cutter comes with two spare blades.

It does what it says. Make sure you have a sheath for it - I happened to have something from a utility tool that fit perfectly - otherwise buy one that comes with it.
