The Blue Reef Cobra Knife has a sure grip tech-looking handle, is made of Titanium for corrosion resistance, and strength with its 3mm thick blade. The Cobra has a 2-3/4" blade with an overall length of 6-3/4", so it works well as a BCD mounted knife. The Cobra is equipped with a pointed tip and back mounted webbing clip on the sheath and additional hose mount clip (remove webbing clip and replace with hose mount clip) which comes with each knife.

Comments about Aqua Blue Reef Cobra Titanium Knife:

The knife itself is, (or was) great. Unfortunately I lost it during my first dive with it. And, this was after verifying that it was "locked" before rolling off the boat.

Works but nothing special
By CameronVerified Purchaser from Alpharetta, GA on 2/19/2009
Best Uses:
Boating, SCUBA Diving

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Aqua Blue Reef Cobra Titanium Knife:

The knife is nothing special as it works and at its price point a reasonable value. The plastic sheath latch doesn't look or feel durable, but won't know if it is or not for a while. Very sharp out of the box and the knife itself feels pretty solid.

Comments about Aqua Blue Reef Cobra Titanium Knife:

I have mine attached to my SPG/computer console hose and it's a great back-up tool to my stainless steel EMT shears, which are always 10 times more useful than a knife in most cutting situations (fishing line, light rope, cable ties, even stainless steel hose clamps).

Good little knife. Attached mine to the BC inflator hose and it's still on my old BC as a back up. Used it to cut a little fish line once and shows no sign of wear or rust.

Comments about Aqua Blue Reef Cobra Titanium Knife:

Great backup knife when attached to your BC hose - a bit too small for anything else, though. Stays sharp and doesn't rust after repetitive salt water dives. I would buy it again!!

Rust-free - but it dont matter

Comments about Aqua Blue Reef Cobra Titanium Knife:

This little knife is a great knife and as "Rust-free" as it gets, unfortunatly the locking mech. is terrible. After recieving the knife I was highly suspect of the locking mech. and should have returned and bought something else, but in a poor molment of judgement i decided to use it - only to have it come up missing 10 min into the first dive with it.

Comments about Aqua Blue Reef Cobra Titanium Knife:

I was surprised at how light it was. It is very compact and I mounted it on my H.P. Inflator hose with the mount that it came with. I have had it in both salt and fresh water and it has shown no signs of corrosion. Even with gloves on it was easy to handle.

Comments about Aqua Blue Reef Cobra Titanium Knife:

I have not yet had a chance to try it out. I did find it a bit difficult to secure to my BC, maybe it's just my BC? Not sure about that hose mount either. I'm also worried it will fall out of the scabbord so I put some extra velcro straps on it.
