Comments about Aeris Aeris Optional Knife For Atmos 2 Computer Console & Aeris BCD's (Silver Jack):

Due to my job, I am unable to dive frequently. After my intitial review in 2009, I have had more time to use this knife (Both me and the wife have logged six dives with this knife on our BCs). Both knives came out of the sheaths on long stride entries from the boat on our last dive trip. We were able to locate and recover mine, but the wife's is MIA. The friction lock on the knife loses it's tension after a while, causing the knife to sit loose in the sheath. I would still recommend the knife, just be aware that you will need to check the lock mechanism frequently after a few dives.

Comments about Aeris Aeris Optional Knife For Atmos 2 Computer Console & Aeris BCD's (Silver Jack):

Nice BC knife, offered in drop point or chisel tip. My wife and I had just purchased new Aeris BCs and needed knives. She did not have a knife, and I could not get my old one off my old BC without damaging the sheath. I purchased two of these with the chisel tip, and have not been disappointed.

Comments about Aeris Aeris Optional Knife For Atmos 2 Computer Console & Aeris BCD's (Silver Jack):

I needed to use this knife for the first time and noticed the tip was bent. I thought it was from travel, but was then able to bend it back with my bare hands. I expected it to be a little tougher. It's okay in a pinch, but I wouldn't depend on it as my only knife. Prying is out of the question.

This knife is excellent value. It fits snuggly in the back of my Atmos 2 SPG/Computer is easily accessable, always sharp and just the right size for almost every application I have needed it for. I own 2 Atmos2's and both carry this knife as part of their intergrated package.
