Comments about Pinnacle Pinnacle Travelor Bag:

When I ordered this product, I expected it to be top notch pinnacle quality. After using it, I have found out that I was certainly wrong. Pinnacle even admitted to me that they where having some "quality control" problems with this bag after I first purchased it and told them that it came in the mail with inadequate buckles. They had me take pictures and send them to them to show which buckles I was talking about. Needless to say, I have yet to receive them 3 weeks later. I took a trip to HI recently, and another main strap broke when I lifted it out of the car, ( keep in mind only had basic items in it weighed less then 40LBS. After dealing with the stress of 2 buckles being broken on a bag before my trip had already begun, I arrived in HI to unzip my gear when a zipper literally disengrated in my hand... So much for this bag, I have contacted my LDS to take it back or exchange it with pinnacle.. Not worth it..

Comments about Pinnacle Pinnacle Travelor Bag:

The pack is overall a great pack. You can zip off the backpack and take it on day hikes. It's no Northface, but it is more like a kid's school pack. Be carefull with the zippers. If the zipper-pull is not straight up and down, the zipper will split and break when you pull. I just cut off all the pulls and replaced them with cord ties. The pack is a large interior type with a small outer document pocket. While the pack is not as huge as my old one, it was actually a refreshing change. It has four outer compression type straps to make the load smaller. Also, the backpack straps on the main pack are good and it even comes with three additional straps so you can change configurations.
