Took the bag on its first trip out of country and it is no worse for wear. Held all of my gear comfortably, met the airline requirements, and the only issue I have with it is the zipper still sticks at the top of the bag even after lubricating it (small issue)

great bag!!!! I regularly put a full set of gear to include a 7mm wetsuit, hood, gloves, boots, and towel without a problem. The only issue I've ever had is that some of the screws were lose when I bought it, after a quick tightening I've never had a problem

I just got the bag in the mail and started packing it. It just fit all my gear minus 7mm wetsuit. BC took up a lot of space. Not enough room for gear and cloths. Could use some pockets in the inside and a dry pocket. Probably wont fit my 7mm wetsuit as well. This would probably be a good bag if you don't have a lot of stuff.
Packed:
BC
Fins
Mask
Snorkel
Regs
Large tarp
Camera case

I bought this bag for my girlfriend and it's been on vacation with us two times. The bag itself is engineered well; however, one of the zippers broke off during our first trip. Other than that, it's been outstanding!!!

I use this bag for 2 sets of gear. Rivets rusted in the bottom of the bag immediately. Plastic zipper on main pocket needs to be longer, I think it will break if not handled carefully. Needs to be SS on this heavy a bag. Don't they have stainless in China?

Purchased this bag for travel use down to Cozumel, Mexico. Work very well. Held up nicely and held all my scuba gear and my wifes snorkling gear and weighed in at 45 pounds. Might cost a few extra dollars but well worth it. Would not suggest it for boat use as it is a little to big for that. But is perfect for traveling with all your gear and then some. Would highly recommend this item.

excellent dive baq with only one drawback. There is no handle or grip on the bottom of the bag which makes lifting it difficult.

This is the perfect gear bag for traveling. It is durable and mobile with sturdy wheels. Fin pockets store fins out of the way while the main compartment can hold more than a Bc, regulator, mask and wet suit. Actually the only con that I found was that it is able to hold more than the airlines will let you carry without paying an additional fee.

Bought 2 for my wife and I to travel with. Easily fit everything I needed (BC, 2 wetsuits, lights, fins etc) and came in at 40lbs fully loaded even with batteries for my dive lights.

This is a very sturdy bag and packs easily. The 2 outside pockets are nice and are padded. It fits all my travel gear easily including clothes. This bag probably isn't a good idea if your taking day trips on a boat. Pack a mesh bag with you and use that on the boat.

I don't like ordering products from a thumbnail picture but I read the reviews and decided on this case. I put all my gear inside including BC and some clothing. I barely made the 50 lb limit at 48.5 lbs! I was careful to dry everything prior to my return trip. I was impressed with the case and it does stay upright even with a reg set in the front pocket. I also purchased the cover for it. TSA did not open the bag that I could tell and they likely won't due to the work it takes to remove the cover. I have had some things stolen from other bags. The cover will at least be a deturant. Definately too big for a dive boat . I carry a mesh duffle for that anyway.

This well designed and constructed bag held all my diving gear and a lot of additional stuff as well, on a recent trip to the Carribean, while staying under the 50lb. airline limit. The bag was easy to handle, protected my delicate and expensive gear, and was easy to clean afterward. The outside pockets and inside fin sleeves make organizing easy! Love it!

Nice roomy bag and I like the protective cover. Great for airline travel b/c it has nice wheels and is easy to pull behind you. It LOOKS very rugged... Unfortunately, TWO zippers broke on the first trip I took it on. The zippers look very strong. I am hoping I received a lemon. [...]

We like taking our own gear, so I wanted a bag big enough to hold 2 sets of fins, boots, and bc's. Plus it had to fit within the new airlines bag size restrictions. This bag did all that and more. We were also able to include our snorkels and masks, and kept below 50 pounds.
The bag is well made and very sturdy, with a solid set of wheels. My only complaint is the logo on the bag, it's a diver's helmet. This can identify the bag as scuba gear to potential theifs. Or to the airlines, some airlines charge you more if you tell them you are carrying scuba gear. I may try to color it with a black sharpie.
We didn't take this bag on the charter boat, we used our mesh duffle bags for that.

This bag is very high quality, however it is a bit smaller than what I need. The picture and discription of this bag are inaccurate. I like the bag because it is such high quality, but as an instructor I have to carry more gear than the average diver. Therefore the bag is't big enough for me.

This bag holds it all. It is very durable and has great balance when full. I did have a problem with the handle, however, while at Beneath the Sea - discussed the issue with the president of the company who told me to send it back to them - they fixed it - better than new. Great customer service with this manufacturer as well!!!

Purchased this as a gift for my husband. He was very satisfied. It fit all of his diving equipment and still had room for more. Will consider getting another for myself.

Zippers are a little tight when trying to pull around curved areas. Because of design, the case structure appears deformed when not fully loaded. Easily accommodates all my scuba gear and some clothing while still making the airline weight limits.
