The mesh backpack style makes this bag really versatile: fits all my snorkel gear, including my large fins. Since its a backpack, it makes an excellent snorkel grab-bag for lugging camera or other stuff you collect while you're in the water. After snorkeling, just put your gear back in, rinse everything together, and hang it up to dry. Brilliant!
The outside water-RESISTANT pocket is good to carry sunscreen, but is NOT water-tight, and cleaning the inside, if needed, could be a hassle.
Lastly, good colors for personalizing/identifying your gear on group trips!
