Being in the search and rescue field there is alot of gear that I have to carry.This bag has been through the worst condtion a bag can go through(sand,mud,red clay) and is holding up great. I can put all my equipment(mask,wetsuits/drysuit,fins,B.C.,boots hoods,knives,light,camera,reg.bag)in this bag. This bag has plenty of room for your gear and more. The only problem I have with it can be hard sometimes to get the red clay out of it. HA!HA!

The only drawback to this well-made luggage is not the fault of the manufacturer, but rather the US domestic airlines. The bag is almost too big for the 50 pound weight limit, however it does have two wide straps which cinch the contents nicely. We have traveled comfortably with 2 of these bags per person, and including all dive gear, pony bottles, camera hard cases, and clothes. Without the per bag weight limit, we could almost do it with one bag each.

Great Bag for getting all your gear around. It has has plenty of room and on smaller storage pocket. It holds up to abuse I have been using my for over a year and have have all my gear in it at one time and never had a problem. It is a little bukly but it fits everything you will need.

This bag does a great job of carrying both my husband and my dive gear. I'm not sure if I'd take it out on a boat but it was great for traveling to and from the area.

Good bag to get to and from your destination. Built well, rolls fine, holds a full set plus a little more of tropical gear. Not really a boat bag (too big).

we were very excited about this bag when we received it. It was perfect for holding all of our gear. However, when we tried to get it to the boat, across the sand, it was an absolute nightmare. It was so heavy and you couldn't roll it across the sand. We forgave the heaviness because it held all of our gear and fit very nicely under the boat seats. The crew, thankfully, offered to store our bags or carry our bags across the sand for us the remaining time we dove with the company. The biggest complaint however is that after one use the bags tore. We sent the bag back to [...] Akona to see if it fell under the warranty, and Akona wouldn't replace them saying normal wear and tear. This has infuriated me. So the bags are sitting on our front porch still in the box we received back [...]. What a disappointment, especially when you have a guarantee from Akona. One use and they tore...that's not a dive bag.

The bag is a bit heavy, but that is because it is so nicely consturcted. The zippers, wheels and sliding handle each perform nicely proving the quality of this bag. A great bag!
