The customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend that if anyone is in New York, to stop by the showroom and see them in person.

I would like to take a moment to commend Leisurepro on it's customer service. I recently received an order in which one of the items I ordered was missing. I notified customer service of the discrepancy, and subsequently received the item in less than 48 hours. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that knows how to take care of it's customers.
Just a little note to let you know that you have a great person working on your team. Sam has helped me and my boyfriend buy gear that is just right for us. Other places just try to push items that makes more money for their company but is not what we need. Your team has updated merchandise blended with old fashioned service. Kudos to you! I want to be honest that I was slightly trepedatious originally ordering the dive computer due to Oceanic's website plea to only buy from ""authorized dealers"". I read your warranty policy that you offer your own warranty on the products you sell if the factory warranty card is not there. I downloaded and returned your warranty card.
