Hello, I just received my order and am so totally blown away, from the quick and easy ordering process to the incredibly fast delivery. My wife and I are amazed with the quality of the eLed light kit and I cant wait for the weekend to try out my new Cressi BC. I have done business with LeisurePro for many years now, and I am pleased with your service. One of the small-time local scuba retailers likes to bad-mouth LeisurePro by spreading untruths about you: "They're not an authorized dealer!" I am quick to remind him that, in the ten years I have dealt with your company, I have never been disappointed with your service, warranty policies and products. So many local dive shops just don't "get it" when customers like me say we PREFER to buy online from trustworthy vendors; that we don't need advice from a dive shop employee who is no better informed on a given product than we are; that we prefer not to buy from vendors who spread lies about other vendors; that I don't need "warranty service" from a local vendor whose role is limited to tossing malfunctioning equipment in a box on my behalf for shipment back to the manufacturer, when I can ship it to the manufacturer myself--faster and without introducing an unnecessary intermediary party whose only role is to slow down the overall customer satisfaction process.

Everything fit perfectly but there was no stress or worry at all in ordering from you with your guarantee. Shipping was very reasonable, and order fulfillment and shipping were extremely fast. Products were packed very well also. When I find places like yours, I become a loyal patron. When I order my BCD, tank, regulator, wetsuit, etc... soon, it will definitely be from you.
