Dear Mr. Mendel, I just wanted to take you up on the offer to comment on my first ever purchase from LeisurePro. The staff member who helped me (Brett) was absolutely super -- friendly, knowledgeable, efficient & helpful -- couldn't ask for anyone better and have rarely had as great an experience "mail"ordering -- or buying in a store, for that matter. I love the little dive computer I got, and the ready answers Brett had for me when I called to buy a computer helped me pick it out, and it turned out to be just perfect for me. Even when I ran into a question a couple of weeks later on the Veo, Brett had the answers for me -- and more info to boot, helping me figure out whether a similar (not quite identical) battery would work in it (it shipped with a dead one, and there was no identical one available where I was vacationing). So I got to do all my dives with my new comp after all, thanks to his quick thinking and fact-finding for me. So consider me a very happy customer indeed, and likely to go nowhere else for future dive equipment needs...and, who knows, maybe even some dive vacations. I've long since wanted to do a trip on a live-aboard, but couldn't imagine booking something like that "sight unseen". Ii just thought you might want to know that there is a person named David Ruby who works for you and let tell you he has been extremely helpful in helping me find the right size BCD. He has talked with me on the phone several times to get me the right size and is helping me to send the medium bcd back and getting me the right size..He has talked me through on how to adjust and he made the determination that i definitely need the med/larg. I REALLY appreciated his help and patience

I have now enjoyed five orders with Leisure Pro over the last six months - all orders arrived on time and in good condition. Two of the orders were for returned (like new) condition items - a regulator and an Octo - neither appear to have been used, have no cosmetic issues and are in good working order. In one case, I ordered the wrong item and Leisure Pro quickly replaced the item with the correct item (I paid for shipment back and they paid for shipment of the new item. All in all, I am very pleased with the pricing and customer service provided by your company

To place an order Thursday afternoon in Adelaide, Australia and have it delivered at 9 am on the following Wednesday is something to be believed. The Flexa wetsuit fits me like a glove.
