Order Verification Policy   

In order to protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping.  All orders may require a 24-48 hour period of time for normal verification purposes.  If we can't verify the correct information, there will be a considerable delay in the processing of your order.  We will notify you by phone or email if that should be the case.

 

All orders placed with a credit card, must submit the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements).

 

If the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require shipping to your residence or business address and that address must be listed with directory assistance. 

 

If you need to ship to an alternative address, the shipping address must be listed with a yellow pages directory assistance, such as www.superpages.com.



International Order Verification   

In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping.  Since we will not ship without this verification, please avoid delays in the processing of your order by submitting complete information. 

 

All International orders must ship their orders to the billing address of the credit card (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent). 

 

You'll need to send a copy of both the front and back of the credit card being used, plus a copy of the most recent statement of your account.  Please Fax those documents to 212 691-7286,  or email to custserv@leisurepro.com.

 

International orders do not apply APO/AFO military addresses, Puerto Rico, all other US territories, or Canada.



Return Policy   

 

We think you'll agree that Leisure Pro has the best return policy in the industry. 

  • You have 60 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your credit card.
  • Then, we give another 60 days (120 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.

Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind. 

You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Books, CD’s, DVD’s and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.


Simply download a Return Merchandise Authorization form, and phone our customer service department at 800-637-6880.  Ask for an RMA number, fill out the form, package the items securely and include the RMA form along with a copy of the original invoice, and send it prepaid and insured to:

In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.  


No packages will be accepted without an R.M.A. number on the outside of the box.


Merchandise returned without authorization or in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

 



Sales Tax Policy   

Sales Tax:
We collect state sales tax when shipping to the state of New York.

 

International Tax:
All International orders may subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. Leisure Pro is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.

 

We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.

 

We recommend that you contact the appropriate government agency for your country/locale before placing your order and ask for information about these potential charges, so you know in advance what your total charges will be.

Warranty Policy   

Leisure Pro buyers find the best products at the lowest possible prices wherever they are. Since (sometimes) that means that we do not buy it directly from the manufacturer, nor are we authorized by them to sell their products, so we are not bound by the official/unofficial manufacturer's suggested retail prices, and we can pass on the tremendous savings to you. In some instances the product will come without an English language manual or manufacturer's warrantee cards valid in the United States. In those cases, we provide our own Leisure Pro Warranty, which offers equal or greater protection.
