Many Dive Knife Sheaths come with stiff plastic straps that are not Depth Compensating, requiring the diver to readjust at depth due to Suit Compression. Once the diver Ascends, the Knife Strap needs to be loosened to compensate for the Suits Decompression. If the adjustment is not made on descent the knife sheath can move on the diver's leg making it more difficult to remove the knife from the sheath.

All XS Scuba Knives come equipped with Rubber (Depth Compensating) Leg Straps with Quick-Release Buckles to eliminate this problem. If you need replacements for your XS Scuba Knife or if you want to replace your old plastic straps with Depth Compensating then this is what you're looking for. Straps are made from Durable Rubber and have Noncorrosive Plastic Quick-Release Buckles for easy Donning and Doffing of your Knife Sheath. Straps measure 22" (55.9 cm) and will fit most Knife Sheaths.
