Shopper Does this product get in the way of velcro tank straps?
MAREK K Well, the pockets go ON the tank straps.
Our son uses two -- one on each side -- as trim, so some of his weight is farther toward his head than the releasable and BC trim weights. With careful placement, these weight pockets fit fine, one on either side of the tank.
JOEL S I haven't experienced any problems from the product.
GERALD W Pocket can interfere if the velcro strap goes right to the BCD when closed. I slide the pocket as close to the BCD as possible, and adjust the buckle location so that the velcro still closes, but not to the end of the strap with 80 cf tanks.
I prefer the similar non quick attach pockets as they can't slip off the strap.
MARK G We did not use them that way but based on the size of the pockets I think they might get in the way of the velcro tank straps.
