SAYAN M Saltwater gives higher buoyancy than freshwater. Since your ocean weight is 16lb, I estimate that your freshwater weight would be less, say about 13.5lbs. In either case, the bladder will provide more than sufficient buoyancy for you to maintain neutral and have capacity to raise at least additional10-12lbs.
