CHRISTOPHER H Probably not, it replaces the spring assembly under the batteries and I think that part may be specific to the UK light. Having said that, this battery pack was just four NiCad batteries. I ended up getting four NiMH batteries (they do make C batteries/chargers - make sure it's an actual C battery and not a AA battery in a C form factor) and the brightness and life of those has been fantastic.
