First of all this knife comes very sharp. Sharp enough to shave the hair on my arm. So don't stick it in you pocket while not in its sheath like the first reviewer did. The grip is a little hard compared to similar knifes and takes some getting used to. I bought the kydex sheath with mine. The sheath was to tight to begin with so I had to take a paint stripper to it. know it fit perfectly. Sheath comes with a notch in it that exposes the blade so you can cut line while secured in the sheath, though not much bigger than para cord. I have used this knife while fishing, camping, boating, diving and around the house. Over all a very useful and well made knife.
