CHRISTINE S No it does not. PADI charges $30 for a pic card, but there is an alternative. The instructor can file your certification online for around $18. This is what PADI charges, the instructor get nothing. Good luck with your class!

Shopper What do I need to complete the course?

LeisurePro S The required materials for the course are this manual and slate and the DVD. Often a pocket CPR mask is required as well.

Some PADI publications can be of varying quality, but I thought they did a very nice job with this book. As always,LeisurePro was extremely fast with their shipping.

The book itself is a bit stilted in its presentation but if your looking for your rescue cert. it the only choice you have.

Received the latest print edition at a large discout over my LDS.
