Shopper I am 6'4" with a 33" waist. Do you think MLT or LT is the best size to try first?
MARK M I am 5'10" 195lbs, and I bought a L suit. It fits great. I have a bigger chest and back and smaller waist. Stretchy material works well for my body type. Don't know if that helps.
John W I am 5'11, 160 lbs and initially bought the MT which according to the size chart I was on the very bottom end up. The one I got ran much smaller than the size chart to the point of I had a hard time even getting it on. I ended up with the ML which fit me much better. So in my opinion they run small and would consider the LT.

JACOB L I recently purchased this package. I am 6'2" with a 33" waist, and the suit fits great! It's pretty easy to maneuver in.

I'm 5'6 and about a 36 in waist, and the LS is a perfect fit.
You are a lot taller than I, so for sure the Tall version and smaller waist, so I would do the medium
