I use the 9000 to hold my VHF. It survived dives to 120 ft. without any hint of water intrusion. The 3250 is a bit bigger and easier to put the vhf into, but I think it is just a tad too big to add to my bc belt.

One problem is that the clasps come off when opening the box. I never had that problem with my other two Otters. Maybe the forgot to glue them on?

These boxes are great. Traveling with sensitive items is easy, no worries on damage or moisture. Good construction with solid latches.

Always worried that things like cell phone, smokes, lighter, key FOB would get stepped on, crushed by a tank, dripped on or overboard. The 3250 is big enough for all the above with some room to spare. Great product!
