Shopper Thanks in advance! Are the legs long enough? (My height comes from long legs, and shorter torso) Does it fit true to size? If so, an 8 seems right if the legs are long enough. I am:
35 bust
28 waist
36 hips
120 lbs
5' 8"
JOHN A I ordered a wet suit for my daughter and it fit just fine but had to go with larger size because the suit sizes seem to run small so I would suggest the next size up.
ALEXANDR S Hello,
My wife have 5'3' whith normal female constitution and 6 size this suite. And this suite has a bit of a long legs for her. I think it will be right for you. Good lack.
THERESA M I also have a short torso, but have average length, thick legs. My measurements are proportionally the same as yours, only larger, except height. I am 5'5". Some of the length in the legs is reduced due to having thick legs, but this suit is still long enough in the legs with just a little extra that bunches comfortably. I think it should work out okay for you. As another poster stated, if it doesn't, just send it back. I've done that several times for other suits that I purchased from Leisure Pro. It was easy and hassle free. The worst part was waiting in anticipation for the new one to arrive. Also, I have another suit that I really like, but it is just slightly short in the legs, so that my ankles are exposed which causes a bit of a chill sometimes. Since I really liked the suit otherwise, I bought a pair of lycra dive socks. They provide coverage and eliminate the chill. Good luck!
PATRICIA S I am only 5'5 and it fit well but after only a week of wear it looks like it is falling apart. I know it's fairly cheap but it should have held up better. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a wetsuit that fits me really well and my measurements are close to yours. Hope this helps.
SUSAN M I wear a 6 and am at the upper extreme of the weight and size range indicated for this style of suit. I'm 5'4" so I can't really speak to how the larger size will fit YOU height-wise but it should be ok, It's a little tight around the elbow joint and above the knee, but once in the water it's no problem. Try it and return it if you don't feel it covers you....
Good luck.
TOM J This was purchased for my wife. She is 5'3" but larger in bust size and a little heavier in wight. The purchased her normal size and it fit well.
KIMBERLY R Hi. I have that suit. It does fit pretty much true to size with a little extra roominess and length. I'm 5' 4" and curvy. The arms and legs are long on me and the torso has plenty of room. I find that the suit can stretch to fit where it needs to and can bunch (comfortably) to shorten. I love my suit. It's warm, comfortable to wear in the water, and very free moving. I think it will fit you well.
VALERIE G For me the legs are fine, but I am 5'4", so I don't know how another 4 inches would work. I have roughly the same proportions as you except for the height and weight, I weight around 135. I think it is true to size. My only complaint is the neck. Water gets in at the neck and that's very frustrating because it's cold! I don't know if that's the way it's supposed to be or because of the way it fits me. I hope this helps you decide :)
