Comments about National Geographic Nautilus Snorkel - Expedition Series:
I stopped using a snorkel when scuba diving because it was always in the way. But there were still times on a surface swim when I wish I had one. This one is soft and hugs my face nicely. It is stiff enough to not flop over. The inlet sits on top of my head nicely. I don't even notice it is there. I just have to remember it is there for me to use, when I need it. I immediately replaced the keeper with an Aqualung button type snorkel keeper from LP which enables me to attach and remove the snorkel without losing the keeper and it is very secure.

Excellent Snorkel if you Hate Snorkels!

About Me Professional Diver
I don't like attaching a snorkel to my mask for general diving --and in general I do not use a snorkel for diving. But there are rare occasions where it is useful to have a snorkel. This is the perfect solution. I have a small pocked attached to a cam strap on my tank and this snorkel goes into the pocket. It is never in the way but I can have it out and in my mouth at a moment's notice. This is the perfect snorkel for divers, especially technical divers, who don't like having a pesky snorkel annoying them but do occasionally rely on a snorkel.

This "Snorkel" really is the worse thing

I didn't even get to use it once. The silicon mouthpiece is so cheaply constructed that the very force of being rolled rips it!
