Image quality was acceptable for a cheap underwater camera (not great, but acceptable).

The real issue is the shutter release became erratic after a few shots and then completely failed after about an hour of use. Lost a lot of great shots in the Galapagos. Not happy.

Managed to produce blurry but somewhat satisfying photos at depth of 30 meters. Quite an achievement for this type of camera withourt lighting. Produced nice photos of depts of 2-4 meters. Surprisingly good for its price.

Used in murky water it is dificult to see, video needs more light. Still pics must be held very still to be clear, but they can be made. It intrigues me to purchase another better camera with image stabilization, which would help the still picture clarity as well. It works as well to better than expected, for a point and shoot that costs less than a similar land camera.

Outdoor use and bright light only. Not worth the price.

It took great photos and videos. You do have to buy a smart card, but still a great deal. Trying to hold still is the key. I took better pics than my friend who had a more expensive camera.
