Be careful about the size. I own 4 other Henderson and Neosport exposure items: 3 wetsuits/ 1 hooded vest and wear size 4 for all, but I had to exchange the size 4 for a 6 on this shorty, because of the very tight extra padding at the waist. The advantage of this item is that water cannot go in, with the extremely tight ends ( neck, arms and thighs). If you stay above the water and do not get wet, though, it is uncomfortably tight. It is perfect for being IN the water.I bought it mostly for paddleboarding, and it makes you hope you fall off your board.

I'll use the wetsuit for warm water diving. It's a bit hard to get on because it's new, but is very comfortable. Can't wait to use it.

I usually love Henderson products, however this particular wetsuit had a strange fit. While it fit all over, when it got to the leg openings they were a bit too loose. Also, I have been used to how easy the Henderson front zip shorty is to put on & take off & this wetsuit was very difficult to put on. I noticed that the description states that it has the "same 250% stretch as with the original hyperstretch" but I did NOT find it to be anywhere near the same stretchiness as my current full 3 mil Henderson hyperstretch wetsuit. I immediately sent it back.

I have had a Henderson 3mm full suit for some time and have always been impressed with how it fit and wore. I decided to get a shorty for summer diving and was not disappointed. They run big - I am regularly a size 18 but this 14 fits perfect, even though I have big legs and arms. When I first got it it felt as tho the arms were a little tight but a few days of diving and it feels perfect. Will be hanging onto this one! :)
