JONATHAN W if you put them on and put your hands in a bucket of water - yes they will stay dry
in actual diving? No, your hands will get wet.
i would like to add though that i took them diving in 52F water about a week ago and while my hands were wet, they never once got cold. once they fill up the water exchange is practically 0.
i was in a 7mm semi-dry suit. theyre a pain to get on and off, especially the 2nd one, but thats to be expected with any dry or semi-dry glove.
virginia f i swim daily and the chlorine is ruining my nails which is why I'm looking to try to keep my hands dry. will these work or do you have another product that will work?
JONATHAN W In that case, no these gloves are not for you. The bending at the wrists (especially without a wetsuit on) lets water in. Your nails would get wet.
Unfortunately I don't have any other product to recommend.
