Joe S This system as is, does not come with cam bands. The buckle you are referring to is the waist strap buckle. The cam's come in either stainless or delrin and can be purchased as a pair. This system works better if you use the single tank adapter if you plan on diving it with one tank. However the single tank wings do come with a roll pad so the Single Tank Adapter is not required.

RODNEY C These bands are used to secure any loose 2-inch webbing (the harness) to itself. One should be near the buckle to secure the end that's threaded through, one can go on the other side of the buckle to act as a belt keeper and finally one on the crotch strap to secure any slack you want to keep on the end threaded through your back plate.
