I second what MAC the diver said in his / her review. I usually dive Hollis F-1 which are old-school, reliable and durable to the max. But they are heavy. Diving warm water in a Lavacore suit and no weight other than my AL back-plate I find the F-1 to be too heavy. I constantly think I need to scull my fins to keep my feet up.

With these F-2 fins which seem to be almost neutrally bouyant I can stop and be perfectly still in my warm water configuration. Love it!

Back-kick still feels a bit awkward but I will get used to it and make it work. Definitely handles all styles I am doing with the F-1 just in a much smaller package. Unless they crack or break after 200 dives I will keep recommending them as my new go-to fins.

These fins are perfect for weatsuit, tight spaces and traveling. They have the same manuverabillity as the F! fin, but this one is meant for weatsuit and travel ie. a very lightwhight fin.

It may take a little getting used to. At first it feels like you have nothing on your feet, but once you start kicking, you will be amased by the power comming out of those relatiely small fins.

Conclusion: If you can´t afford them, DON´T try them on!! Cause you will buy them after the first test run ;)
