Overall, it kept me very warm in 86 degree temps. Probably a little heavy for that temp, but it was comfortable. I'm 5'10", 200 with 44" chest and I ordered XXL and it fit fine. Based on other comments I read, this suit runs small, so I ordered one size up. I thought the sleeves were a little tight, but once I pushed them up on my arm, it was fine. Fairly easy to get off but I wore a rash guard under it which made it a little easier to pull off.

I bought a size larger (2XX) than recomended on the Cressi size chart; and it was too small particularily in the length of torso.
Thus hard to pull up over the shoulders and uncomfortable in the crouch.

As another reviewer mentioned, these suits seem to run small. I'm 5'7", 160, 30" inseam, 31" waist and ordered a medium. It was very tight and impossible to take off without assistance. I exchanged it for a large, and it fits well/snug. The suit is still a little difficult to remove compared to a back zip suit, but it's a minor inconvenience.
