what kind of SPF sun protection does this suit offer?
Do the foot straps fall off?
DANIEL G I really cannot comment scientifically about the specific SPF protection factor, however, I have been wearing the suit on open boat dives and on the beach in the Caribbean without suffering any noticeable sunburn during regular 2 tank (approx 3 - 4 hour) dive trips. As for the foot straps; I've worn it only on about 12 dives and they're still holding up well. If they should ever become detached, hopefully I'll can just sow them back on. If abused, I can see them snapping or ripping rather than falling off. Regards Liz
ART B Sun protection is not a problem as you are fully covered,as for the foot straps they do not fall off. My wife loves her suit . And the Mens suit I have is great for diving in the Caymans
R K Inadvertantly answered the question wrong. We did not keep this suit and returned it!!
R K It offers SPF50 protection and the fuut steaps do not fall off.Was a great buy!!!
CATHY J I'm not sure about the SPF sun protection, but I don't see how the rays could affect you while wearing this suit. The foot straps are very secure, they shouldn't fall off at all. I was very pleased with mine and would highly recommend to my friends.
MARCO W Since this is a neopreen 1 mm, it blocks the sun rays completely. You will not get a tab through this suit. About the foot straps? Not so far!
RICHARD Y My daughter used it for snorkeling in the Keys. It offered great sun protection for her since she is fair skinned. The footstraps stayed in place also. Great suit and she got a lot of comments on the fit too. Also bought her the Cressi swim hat so she would not get sunburned on her head.Great product from a great store.
