Based on the popular Tough Solar model, G2310 introduced back in 2001, G-Shock introduces a new Solar Atomic version, the GW2310.The atomic timekeeper functionreceives time calibration radio signals automatically up to six times a day (five times per day for China) which keep the displayed time accurate, also has a manual receiver function; the signal received for the US is WWVB at a frequency of 60 kHz, UK is MSF at 60kHz, Germany DCF77 at 77.5kHz, Japan JJ40/JJY60 and China BPC at BPC 68.5kHz, world time with 31 time zones (48 cities + UTC), city code display, and daylight saving on/off function, watch hasfull auto EL backlight with afterglow making it one great watch in low light conditions.
Four daily alarms and one snooze alarm which is great when you travel and need to get up on time, hourly time signal, and a 1/100 second stopwatch with a measuring capacity of 23:59'59.99". Stopwatches have measuring modes for elapsedtime, split time, and 1st and 2nd place times. A countdown timer with measuring unit of one second and an input range of one minute to 24 hours (1-minute increments and 1-hour increments).
Watch is equipped with full auto-calendar (pre-programmed until the year 2099), 12/24 hour formats, and a button operated tone on/off function, and watch is accurate +/- 15 seconds per month.
