Shopper Hello, does anyone know the weight of this BCD itself in dry condition?
and I'm 5'7' tall, 137lb, and usualy wear 31'' waist pants.
I use 3mm, 5mm wet suit, and 6.5mm semi dry suit.
Which size should I choose among Small and Medium ?
NATHAN H I am 6'2" 210 pounds and wear a 34 inch waist. I use a farmer john 7mm wesuit (14mm over chest and waist when wearing both pieces). I have very broad shoulders and an athletic build. A LARGE fits perfectly whether I'm bare skinned in 75 degree water or fully suited in 45 degrees.

Like it a lot though, must have done some 300 dives with it and i feel it's very comfortable. I had the idea the material was kind of cheapish at first (except for the air-pockets, they rock), but i've given it a fair amount of use and the only thing that died on me are the little elastic bands that are supposed to hold the wing... not a big deal though, you don't really need them and if you want they are easily replacable (that is after over a hundred dives, btw).
I especially like how the weight sytem is set up, and the amount of storage you have in the pockets, considering the integrated weight system.
I would use the M-L, and i'm a bit bigger than you are, you probably need the S-M version. Check out the sizing table on the bare site (blackwing is in the same table with the blackjack) That table worked fine for me, and both the backpack and waist strap are widely adjustable, so don't worry to much about it.
