I understand that this is a "BCD knife", but it is too small to get a good grip onto if you have to do any real work with it. Seems to be of good quality and construction though, so base its value on your application.

This handy little knife is compact and no burden to carry around. Fits easily into a BC pocket, or can be mounted to a BC pocket flap or hose. Easy one-hand operation. Quality construction. Certainly not designed for pounding, prying, or digging; it's purpose is exploiting the 'sharp finger' concept and so is highly useful for cutting monofilament, light lines, braided rope, and many other uses on a boat, or even when fishing, camping, or snorkeling. The sheath is a bit bulky but it's sturdy and gets the job done. I'm going to buy several more as gifts.

Small, compact, easy to stow. Sheath is a little bulky but very durable. I have used these knives at work for years.

Small & compact is a pro and a con. Sheath is a little large and handle is a little small. Good for BC or PFD. Low price, durable. If it's dropped, no temptation to chase into the deep, just buy another one.
