DAVID M 45 pages, with one dive per page. However, I use one page per day of diving, so you can get more. Depends how detailed you keep your logs. For example, if I were taking a course to improve skills, I would probably go back to one dive lesson per page. For just looking at the fishes and jotting down the locations and buddies, one page per day works for me.

DIANE H There is one page for each dive, so 45 dive log pages, plus some additional (8) pages at the back for site maps and notes.

JOSEPH W It is simply a logbook, but being water resistant is a big plus.

JAMES M It is made of pages of a plastic coating. When you use a pen let the ink dry before closing the book or it will smear. Hope this helps. Jim

AQUANAUTICS 1 The pages have a coating that keeps water from soaking in. Works well. Hasn' worn off.

LAURIE M If you write on it with a pencil, it will not smear off if it gets wet. Also, if you use a pen it will not smear off, but you have to make sure the pen's ink is dry before you close the log book or put your hand over it. I'm left-handed and smudged a couple of pages because I didn't wait for the ink to dry. The pages almost feel like laminate, but they're not. A pencil is the best thing to use to write on its pages.

DIANE H I haven't submerged it in water, but it works when entering info when I'm in dive gear etc. pens write on it easily and it doesn't soak up water.

LUIS M It is not the regular paper. I is a special paper that it will not get ruined by water. If it gets wet, you can just wipe it and that is it. So, I gues the waterproof means that it will not absorb the water, it is repelent to water.

ILENE S The material it is made out of is waterproof. It is not regular paper.

DAVID B The pages are plastic-coated -- you need to use a ball-point pen or pencil to enter your dive information (a gel ink pen will run).

DAVID M It's 5.5 inches by 8.5 inches. Each page has room for one dive. I like the checklist for dive trips printed in the log. The paper is slick; ball point pen works better than gel pens.

JEFFERY V The log book is 8.5 in X 5.5 in. Pages are basic: Date, Dive #, Location, Bottom Time, Accumulative Time, Air Start, Air End, and Total Air Consumption. The standard Depth and Bottom Time / Pressure Group box. More than half a page for comments about the dive and spot for dive buddies signature. The front of the book as spot for Medical / Emergency Information, Advanced Training / Certification Record, DAN phone #, place to record emergency facility information, Equipment Maintenance Log, and Dive Check List so you don't forget any of your gear. The rear of the book contains four pages to record information on your favorite dive location along with a box to draw a diagram of the site. It does not half any boxes to check like in the PADI Dive Log (ie. Water Conditions, Shore or Boat Dive, Gear Used, Etc.) It also does not have a line for amount of weight used per dive. However, all this can be recorded in the Remarks Section if you remember to do so. It also does not have any hole in it like the PADI Log does, so if you use a three ring binder it just has to sit in there and cannot be connected. Over all I am satisfied with this product, but not anymore than with the Red PADI Dive Log.
