I was filling up the "Blue" PADI logbook that came with my open water kit and I bought a couple packs of these. They are well organized and have all the necessary blanks.

My only concern is that they are a bit fragile and if you're not careful you will damage the punched holes just by resting your hand on the page and writing on them. I found that I had to take each page out of my 3 ring zippered binder each time I wanted to write in it. I also found that you had to be careful turning the pages or I would also damage the perforations.

I decided to buy a couple of "Red" PADI logbooks and transfer the data. I also keep an E-Log on my home computer (Galileo with an IR link to SmartTrak software on my PC) but a written log is the practical way to prove your dive history on a trip.

I don't have any real criticisms of the layout itself, I just feel (IMHO) the pages are a little to delicate to be thrown into my dive bag
