Shopper Does this log book zip up, like a binder?
MARK G No, it's just a ringed-binder. The paper is not especially water-proof, so you might want to keep it on a zip-lock bag.
KURT V No it does not. It is a heavy weight glossy paged booklet...almost a material that you could write on with a grease pencil. Probably water resistant, but NOT water proof. It's a nice guide of most of the dive sites with written descriptions and a pictorial representation of the drift dive.
JAMES G No zipper. Easier to work with this way.
RICHARD R This looks like the same book I bought in 2008 for a trip to Cozumel. It is bound on one side with round wire binding. No zipper. Table of contents says 88 pages. Info about 25 reefs/locations. Not a coffee table book and would not want to get it wet. As beginner divers we found the island map of reefs and notes on each location interesting and helpful. Fun to look at in the room before and after dives. We have kept this book on a shelf with some of our memory photos of the dives.
BRIAN D No, there is no zipper and it does not zip up. However tte binding is flexible so you can turn to any page and the book will lay flat.
FREDRIC P No it doesn't. It's a good book, but bring a plastic bag to put it in.
PAMELA V Hi, No it does not zip up. It only has a few pages for logging your dives, but is very good on explaining the dive sites and fish & coral.
LARRY S No, it's a traditional book with places to put your dive info. It's more of a fun vacation thing than a log book, IMO. If you fill it out you can remember all the details of your dives there.
I didn't even fill my dive info out. I do like it as a reference.
TIMOTHY W No. It does have fold out pages so you see each reef on a full two-page spread without the spiral binding in the middle.
