The fin foot pocket is made of soft TPR rubber and has a convenient pull tab for ease of donning and extreme comfort when fining, the blade is manufactured from a dual density rubber and thermoplastic polymer.

The rubber inserts make the blade more flexible, allowing an application of constant force and reduced muscle fatigue in the recovery phase of the leg. The calibrated length of the blade also allows natural movement of the ankle. A non-slip sole helps prevent slipping while wearing the fins on the pool deck. The end of the blade is coated with a rubber edge for the safety of swimmers in the pool. The MicroFin not only strengthens and tones but improves your swim technique.
