Serge G how wide is a strap and what keeps rubber end from slipping out of the buckle?
SARAH M THE STRAPS ARE 3/4 OF AND INCH, AND A RUBBER EYELET NOT SHOWN IN THE PICTURE, HELPS KEEP IT FROM SLIDING. wE HAD GOOD LUCK WITH OURS.
CLARK P The strap is 3/4 of an inch wide. I got it as a "just in case," if the strap on my kinfe breaks, I have a spare. So far, I haven't had to use it, so I can't answer about it slipping out. My knife sheath has a spring-loaded catch behind the buckle, so I expect it will just bear down and grip the rubber. In the photo, it LOOKS like the catch is designed to "twist" the rubber enough to lock it in place.
Brett H There is a rubber nub that keeps the strap from sliding through the non adjustable end of the buckle. The strap is 3/4" wide.
