Just want to comment about the rust formation comment posted here: I've had steel tanks for years and I am a PSI inspector. I've never had rust form beneath stickers. This inlcudes these kind of nitrox stickers, VIP stickers, and regulatory and brand ID stickers on tanks.

They say that rust can form under the sticker if you use steal tanks.

All I can say, is if you are going to have a tank converted and O2 cleaned to set up for Nitrox, then the shop that does that work ends up putting the sticker on, now if you had the sticker on and you need to replace it from wear, then this is the best. The dive shop wanted to charge me almost double just to buy these stickers. So what I'm saying is if you are going to just replace your old sticker then this is the way to go, Order them!!
